Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page with a photo of the item and we'll get it sorted with a full refund or replacement, your choice.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Change of Mind Because our products are handled and tested once opened, we don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. Please make sure to check product descriptions and photos before ordering!

Sale Items All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

How Refunds Work Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on your bank. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
